In this blog article, In sha Allah I will try to explain little tafseer and beautiful insights of ayat 25 and 26 of surah Al-Baqarah. This article is my understanding based on one of the lecture of brother Nouman Ali Khan. You can find explanation of previous verses of Surah Al-Baqarah at below link :

Surah Al-Baqarah Ayat 25(Verse 25):
("And give good tidings to those who believe and do righteous deeds that they will have gardens [in Paradise] beneath which rivers flow. Whenever they are provided with a provision of fruit therefrom, they will say, "This is what we were provided with before." And it is given to them in likeness. And they will have therein purified spouses, and they will abide therein eternally.")
Allah SWT in this ayat directly did not say congratulation to those who believe, rather Allah commanded, Muhammad S.A.W to congratulate those who believe. Challenge was to produce a Quran but how was Quran coming to them? By means of Messenger S.A.W, right ? Denial of Quran is denial of Messenger S.A.W. Two things are one and the same. So from the same book the Messenger S.A.W is being told you congratulate those who believe. Another thing is Allah just didn't say to congratulate those who believe but Allah said congratulate those who believe and acted righteously.
And specially only for them there are gardens at the foot of which rivers are flowing. Even to this date highest real estate is waterfront properties and at high elevation. Idea of human being to see water from their home is precious for him even today with surrounding green scenery of garden. And ask any human why are you working so hard, what's the goal? Most people will tell you at list I wanna buy house. Allah put them inside of us. And Allah also offering us real estate that is permanent. Custom made just for us. So why don't we work hard for that ??
Then Allah SWT says, every time they are given provision(fruits) they say this is the thing we were given last time. But notice they are not complaining they are like wow that's again. This is awesome, but although it will appear to them same as last time but actually it's not gonna be same. When they taste it's gonna taste different from last time but even better and unique. But this doesn't happen in this world even in best restaurant. Because there is no consistency in this duniya. But not in Allah’s paradise :)
And especially for them there will be purified spouses. A good purified spouse in this duniya is glimpse of Jannah in aakhira. Muhammad SAW told your believing spouse in this dunya will become your spouse in paradise as well. This is a gift of Allah SWT. What makes them more purified is explained in detail in surah Ar-Rahman. And then Allah said only in it they will remain permanently.

Surah Al-Baqarah Ayat 26(Verse 26):
("Indeed, Allah is not timid to present an example - that of a mosquito or what is smaller than it. And those who have believed know that it is the truth from their Lord. But as for those who disbelieve, they say, "What did Allah intend by this as an example?" He misleads many thereby and guides many thereby. And He misleads not except the defiantly disobedient")
Word used in this ayat is "Strike an Example", it is Arabic figure of speech. We don't really use it in English. In English we say "give an example". Just as when you strike something it makes loud noise, everyone turns towards from where the sound came. So strike an example implies it impacts the one listening. Allah here saying Allah is not ashamed to strike an example even of a mosquito or so much more when it is bigger (or less when it is smaller) than it. Today we know how many millions of lives are lost because of mosquito. How heavy it is.
And Example is never a point. Point is lesson behind that example. So problem is disbelievers are missing a point when disbelievers say "What does Allah intend by using this as an example". They don't have problem with the lesson of example because they don't even know that there is lesson. But they are pointing at object of example be it a mosquito or whatever it may be. They are caught up in objects that are being used in examples. And as for those who actually believe, they already know that this is the truth from their lord. Examples are big part of Quran. And some time they can be quite complex and require lots of background knowledge, analysis etc. But when believers hear these examples, whether they understand it or not, they believe that this is truth from their master. And Allah says in Quran,“These are example we give for people" means for their own benefit. BUT Allah says nobody understand it except the people of actual knowledge. So it requires knowledge. Just by shallow translation you can't understand it well.
And the Allah says he misguides with it many and he guides with it many as well. This “it” could refer to example, or “it” could refer to whole Quran. It Means if people will come with poison in their mind they will only get poison in this book. They won't get any guidance out of it. You have to come to it with attitude of pursuing guidance to get guidance out of it. Most people come to it with wrong attitude so Allah mentions majority first. Then smaller group whom Allah guides with it, is mentioned latter. And then he makes sure that You and I understand, so Allah SWT says, He does not misguide with it at all except those who are inherently corrupt.
In this blog article, I tried to explain very little about what I understand from ayah 25 and 26 of surah Al Baqarah. This was based on my notes taken from one of the lectures of brother Nouman Ali Khan.
